Our compassionate Family Support team offers essential resources at the crucial moment of diagnosis, ensuring families have access to accurate information and comprehensive assistance. Through our program, we provide parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support. Additionally, we assist families in navigating the application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
