The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Clearfield, UT, is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders in sustainable food systems. Our program offers a hands-on, experiential training that empowers Fellows to advocate for a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. Through our tuition-free model, we ensure accessibility to organic food system education. Selected Fellows engage in a six-month immersive experience at our Allegheny Farm Campus, focusing on diverse initiatives such as growing and distributing crops, maintaining community gardens, and leading educational sessions that integrate food and ecological literacy. After their training, participants embark on a Community Action Year, collaborating with regional non-profits to implement practical solutions for increasing access to healthy foods, supporting local farmers' markets, and fostering community food coalitions. We invite passionate individuals to apply by March for an enriching journey that begins each May.
