Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors in Delta, UT, by providing six complimentary wellness kits every two months to those facing financial challenges, particularly for individuals from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, as well as those residing in rural areas underserved by healthcare. Each wellness kit is thoughtfully curated to promote overall well-being and may include essential items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, sleep masks, and a variety of additional resources designed to aid recovery and enhance quality of life. Our mission centers on ensuring that survivors have access to the tools they need to navigate their journeys with dignity and care, making a tangible difference in their lives during these challenging times.
