The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Draper, UT, is dedicated to fostering a fair and sustainable food ecosystem by empowering aspiring leaders in the field. This transformative program offers comprehensive training in organic food systems, enabling selected Fellows to cultivate their skills in advocacy and education without the barrier of tuition fees. Over a six-month immersive experience at the Allegheny Farm Campus, participants gain hands-on knowledge while actively engaging in projects such as growing and distributing diverse crops, implementing health-focused educational initiatives, and supporting community gardens. Following this, Fellows enter a Community Action Year, partnering with local non-profits to apply their learning and advance healthy food access. Through collaboration and mentorship, we strive to create a just food system that uplifts communities and promotes ecological stewardship. Applicants should complete their submission by March to kickstart their journey from May to October each year.
