Located in Draper, UT, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission focuses on annually screening all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connecting them with suitable weight management treatments that align with their goals and preferences. We offer a variety of supportive options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also benefit from our MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those facing ongoing challenges with weight-related health issues.
