At the Utah Diabetes and Endocrinology Center in Draper, UT, our mission is to empower individuals by providing comprehensive diabetes education that plays a vital role in managing diabetes effectively. Our dedicated education team teaches essential skills for blood sugar monitoring and maintenance to help reduce the risk of complications associated with diabetes. We offer a variety of classes including Diabetes Self-Management Education, Carbohydrate Counting, Medical Nutritional Therapy, Gestational Diabetes Education, Insulin Pump Training, Continuous Glucose Monitoring Training, Intensive Diabetes Education and Support (IDEAS), and a Diabetes Complication Program. Registration is required for individual appointments, and we gladly accept Medicaid and Medicare, with financial assistance available for those facing economic challenges.
