Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Draper, UT

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Draper, UT, offers compassionate, free meal support specifically designed for individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program hosts live, virtual drop-in group meals that create a welcoming atmosphere for participants to enjoy nutritious meals alongside guided support from trained nutrition practitioners. We schedule meal support sessions four times a day, with two opportunities for lunch and two for dinner, allowing participants to join as per their availability. We emphasize community and understanding, ensuring that each session offers a safe space where individuals can share experiences and rebuild their relationship with food. While we are dedicated to fostering healing, please note that we are not a crisis support service; for urgent needs, we encourage reaching out to crisis resources directly.
