The Meal Support Program in Eden, UT, provides vital, free meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a compassionate and welcoming environment through live, virtual group meals, held four times daily during lunch and dinner. Participants can join as many sessions as their schedule allows, receiving nutritional guidance from trained nutrition practitioners who are working towards their Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification. We prioritize creating a safe space for those in recovery to connect with others while consuming meals with the appropriate support.
