Located in Eden, UT, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year and provided with tailored support to meet their individual needs. We offer a variety of effective resources including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight management, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
