MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Enterprise, UT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. We strive to screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management solutions. Our diverse offerings include group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, allowing Veterans to receive in-home support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app. Additionally, we offer medical interventions such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges with weight management. We invite Veterans to engage with their local MOVE! coordinator or VA provider to explore how our program can support their weight loss journey.
