Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Farmington, UT

About Meal Support Program

In Farmington, UT, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to offering free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 at the outpatient level of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals provide a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nutritious food while receiving compassionate support from trained nutrition practitioners who are pursuing their CNS certification. With four meal support sessions each day, including two for lunch and two for dinner, we empower individuals to choose the times that best fit their schedules. This program fosters community and understanding, ensuring everyone has the resources they need on their path to recovery. While we focus on meal support, we encourage those in crisis to seek immediate help by texting HEALING to 741741 or contacting emergency services.
