The Meal Support Program in Gunnison, UT, is dedicated to providing free, accessible, and eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are at the outpatient level of care. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, creating a nurturing environment for participants to consume nutritious meals while receiving vital support during their recovery journey. With four meal support sessions available daily, participants can easily find times that fit their schedules. Each session is conducted by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their path to obtaining CNS certification, ensuring that every participant receives expert guidance.
