About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Heber City, UT, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals that create a nurturing environment for participants to consume nutritious meals together, supported by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program. With meal support sessions available four times each day, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can seamlessly integrate this vital service into their schedules. While we focus on meal support and fostering community, please note that we do not offer crisis intervention; for immediate help, we encourage you to reach out to appropriate crisis services. Experience compassionate support and reclaim your relationship with food through our meal support sessions.
