About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Helper, UT, is dedicated to providing free and compassionate meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals, fostering a nurturing environment where participants can gather to share nourishing meals with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners pursuing their CNS certification. We offer sessions four times a day, allowing flexibility to accommodate various schedules. While not a crisis support service, our program aims to empower individuals in their recovery journey by offering a safe space for nutrition and community connection, reinforcing our commitment to accessible and informed support for those in need.
