Cancer Transitions offers a compassionate and evidence-based program designed for cancer survivors who have recently completed treatment. Located in Hill Afb, UT, this initiative focuses on individuals who have finished their treatment within the last 24 months, while remaining open to providing resources and support to those in any stage of their survivorship journey. Participants benefit from tailored nutritional guidance, personalized exercise plans, emotional health education, and insightful medical management resources. Our mission is to empower cancer survivors with the tools and support they need to thrive in their new chapter of life.
