Located in Hooper, Utah, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals facing the challenges of dysphagia by providing essential food assistance tailored to their needs. We offer a variety of vital resources including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment to ensure that our clients receive the nutritional support they require.
