The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Hurricane, UT, empowers dedicated individuals to lead and advocate for a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. Our fellowship offers a unique opportunity for participants to receive comprehensive education in organic food systems, with no tuition fees to enhance accessibility. Over six months at the Allegheny Farm Campus, Fellows engage in hands-on training while working with diverse partners to grow and distribute crops, implement innovative health education, maintain community gardens, and promote ecological food literacy. Following their immersive experience, participants enter a Community Action Year, applying their knowledge in collaboration with regional non-profits to foster food security and healthier communities. Applications are open until March, with the fellowship experience spanning from May to October.
