MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Kanab, UT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities has access to screening for obesity, personalized referrals to weight management services, and a variety of treatment options that cater to their individual needs and preferences. We offer diverse support avenues including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home messaging and clinician interaction. For those who prefer a self-guided approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, weight loss medications and bariatric surgery are offered for Veterans who may need advanced support after trying other options.
