The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship, based in Magna, UT, is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of advocates for a just and sustainable food system. We empower Fellows through hands-on training and education in organic food systems, ensuring accessibility by waiving tuition fees. The program encompasses a transformative six-month residency at the Allegheny Farm in Virginia, where participants engage in practical experiences like growing and distributing diverse crops, managing community gardens, and implementing innovative health education. Our Fellows also work to enhance access to healthy foods by supporting farmers markets, mentoring future cohorts, and collaborating with local non-profits during their Community Action Year.
