Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors in Mendon, UT, particularly those experiencing financial difficulties, belonging to diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, or residing in underserved rural communities. Our compassionate program delivers six free wellness kits every two months, thoughtfully designed to promote healing and well-being. Each kit may include essential items such as a water bottle, journal, food trackers, sleep masks, and other valuable resources to aid in the recovery journey. We believe in empowering survivors with the tools they need to enhance their quality of life, ensuring that no one faces the challenges of cancer alone.
