Located in Moab, UT, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to serving low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and resources tailored to their unique needs. Our mission is to ensure that those affected by swallowing disorders have access to safe, pre-modified food, effective food thickeners, valuable therapy tools, and necessary oral care supplies. Additionally, we offer adaptive equipment to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
