Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Moab, UT

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Moab, UT, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, virtual group meals that create a nurturing environment where participants can engage in nutrition and receive compassionate guidance. With sessions available four times a day—two for lunch and two for dinner—individuals can join as often as they need to fit their schedule. Each meal support session is led by qualified nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on the path to obtaining their CNS certification. While we focus on meal support, please note that we do not provide crisis intervention services. For urgent needs, we encourage individuals to reach out to crisis support by texting HEALING to 741741 or contacting emergency services.
