Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Mona, UT

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Mona, UT, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the journey of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program focuses on creating a welcoming and supportive environment through live, virtual drop-in group meals, where participants can safely consume nutrition while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. With meal support sessions held four times daily—two during lunch and two at dinner—participants have the flexibility to join as many sessions as their schedule allows. Each session is facilitated by practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively pursuing their Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification. While our program is committed to fostering recovery through healthy meals, we want to emphasize that we do not offer urgent care or crisis support. For immediate assistance, individuals are encouraged to text HEALING to 741741 or contact emergency services.
