About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Ogden, UT, is dedicated to providing compassionate, eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals over 16 who are in outpatient care. Our free and accessible virtual group meals offer a supportive environment for those on their recovery journey, allowing participants to engage in nourishing meals together while receiving encouragement. With sessions scheduled four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner slots, individuals can tailor their participation to fit their daily routines. Each meal support session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners who are advancing their expertise through the Clinician’s Incubator training program. We are committed to fostering a safe and understanding space for recovery, though it's important to note that we do not provide crisis care. For urgent assistance, we recommend reaching out to specialized resources.
