Located in Panguitch, UT, Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to uplifting cancer survivors who are experiencing financial challenges, particularly those from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds or residing in rural areas with limited health care access. Our program delivers six free wellness kits every two months, thoughtfully designed to promote health and well-being. Each kit may include essential items such as a water bottle, journal, food trackers, and sleep masks, along with other valuable resources to support survivors on their journey to wellness.
