Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Richmond, UT

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Richmond, UT, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a compassionate and understanding environment through live, virtual drop-in group meals, ensuring that participants can enjoy nutritious foods with the encouragement of trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program. With sessions scheduled four times daily, offering both lunch and dinner opportunities, participants can choose to attend as many sessions as fit their schedules. While we focus on fostering a supportive atmosphere for meal consumption, we also emphasize that our program is not intended for crisis intervention. For immediate support, please reach out to professional crisis services available in your area.
