Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors, based in Salem, UT, is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors who are experiencing financial challenges, come from diverse racial or ethnic backgrounds, or live in rural areas with limited access to healthcare. We provide six free wellness kits every two months, carefully curated to promote health and well-being. Each kit may include essentials such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, sleep masks, and additional resources tailored to enhance the recovery journey. Our mission is to ensure that every cancer survivor feels supported and connected, no matter their circumstance.
