About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Salina, UT, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient level of care in their recovery from eating disorders. Our program offers virtual group meal sessions where participants can safely enjoy their meals while receiving essential emotional and nutritional support. With four convenient meal times each day, including two options for lunch and two for dinner, participants have the flexibility to join as many sessions as needed to fit their schedules. Our sessions are led by skilled nutrition practitioners who are currently training through the Clinician's Incubator program to obtain their CNS certification. While we focus on nurturing recovery through shared meals, we want to emphasize that we do not provide crisis counseling; for urgent support, please reach out to crisis services by texting HEALING to 741741 or contacting emergency services.
