Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Sandy, UT

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Sandy, UT provides essential, eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are in outpatient care. Offering a compassionate and safe environment, our program features live, virtual group meals led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator. Sessions occur four times daily, providing flexible lunchtime and dinnertime options that accommodate individual schedules. Once participants are approved, they can join as many meal support sessions as needed, fostering communal nutrition and recovery. While we prioritize supportive meal experiences, please note that this program is not a substitute for urgent care. For crisis situations, we encourage reaching out to appropriate services for immediate assistance.
