Project HEAL Smithfield, UT

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Smithfield, UT, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and older at the outpatient level of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group sessions offer a compassionate and safe environment for participants to enjoy meals together, guided by experienced nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program. With meal support times available four times daily, including two for lunch and two for dinner, we ensure that individuals can fit these sessions into their schedules as needed. Our mission is to empower individuals in their recovery journey by fostering community and encouraging healthy eating habits. Please note that we focus on meal support rather than crisis intervention; for immediate assistance in a crisis, please text HEALING to 741741 or contact emergency services.
