Project HEAL Syracuse, UT

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Syracuse, UT, is dedicated to offering compassionate, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are in outpatient recovery from eating disorders. We provide a welcoming environment where participants can join live, facilitated virtual group meals designed to promote nutritional well-being and connection. Our program is committed to supporting individuals through four daily meal support sessions, allowing attendees to choose times that best fit their schedules. Each session is led by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners who are advancing their expertise in the Clinician’s Incubator training program. While we focus on meal support, we encourage those in need of crisis assistance to reach out to dedicated resources. Together, we foster a safe and supportive community for those on their journey to recovery.
