At the Utah Diabetes and Endocrinology Center in Tooele, UT, we are dedicated to empowering individuals with diabetes through comprehensive diabetes education and support. Our knowledgeable education team provides essential training on managing and monitoring blood sugar levels to reduce the risk of complications associated with diabetes. We offer a variety of specialized classes, including diabetes self-management education, carbohydrate counting, medical nutritional therapy, and gestational diabetes education. Our programs also feature insulin pump training, continuous glucose monitoring training, and the Intensive Diabetes Education and Support (IDEAS) initiative, along with our Diabetes Complication Program. Registration is required for individual appointments, and we are proud to accept Medicaid and Medicare, providing financial assistance for those facing hardships, subject to income guidelines and approval.
