Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Washington, UT

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Washington, UT, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are on their path to recovery from eating disorders. Our program offers a supportive environment through live, virtual group meals, designed specifically for those at the outpatient level of care. Facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, our meal support sessions occur four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner slots, allowing participants to join as often as their schedules allow. Focused on ease and compassion, we aim to create a safe space where individuals can nourish their bodies with the encouragement of peers and professionals. While our program is designed to be supportive, it is not a substitute for crisis intervention, and we encourage those in crisis to reach out for appropriate help.
