MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Willard, UT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by screening for obesity and providing tailored weight management services that address their individual needs. Options available include engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management or explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if they continue to face challenges after participating in our program. To join MOVE!, Veterans are encouraged to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider who can assist with their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
