Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Woods Cross, UT

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Woods Cross, UT, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, creating a nurturing and safe environment for participants to consume nutrition alongside others who understand their journey. With meal support sessions available four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner opportunities, participants can conveniently fit these sessions into their schedules. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners currently training in the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are on their path to obtaining CNS certification. While we prioritize supportive meal assistance, we recommend reaching out to specialized services for crisis situations. Join us in fostering a compassionate community focused on healing and nourishment.
