Emergency Meal Units, based in Arlington, VA, is dedicated to providing vital food assistance to families facing urgent food insecurity. Our program specifically focuses on delivering essential emergency food kits designed to meet basic nutritional needs and alleviate hunger. Each meal unit contains a 1 lb bag of rice, two cans of beans, and a 1 lb package of whole grain oats, ensuring families receive wholesome staples to help them through challenging times. If you or someone you know is struggling with food access, we invite you to fill out our online request form for an emergency meal unit. Once registered, families will receive bi-weekly meal kits to support their needs. A valid state-issued identification card is required for processing.
