The Meal Support Program in Bassett, VA, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older engaged in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our welcoming and supportive environment includes live virtual group meals where participants can enjoy nutritious food alongside others on a similar journey, fostering community and understanding. Sessions are offered four times daily—split between lunch and dinner—to ensure flexibility for participants to join as their schedules allow. Each meal support session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all dedicated to empowering individuals through informed nutrition support.
