Time to Fly is a dedicated faith-based organization located in Bedford, VA, focused on empowering survivors of domestic violence to reclaim their self-worth and identity through a comprehensive, free 3 Step program. Serving women and children across Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland, our program offers vital resources including counseling, parenting education, nutrition guidance, daily life skills training, financial literacy, computer classes, and a robust support network. Participants will engage in workshops that delve into the roots and effects of domestic violence, explore pathways for healing, and discover God’s intended design for relationships. Our After Care Program continues to support clients’ spiritual, emotional, and practical needs, featuring workshops in financial management, nutrition, and access to essential referral networks for housing, childcare, and employment assistance, ensuring a caring environment for up to 50 women and 15 children each quarter. Childcare is provided, allowing our clients to focus on their journey towards transformation and healing.
