Time to Fly is a dedicated faith-based organization located in Bristow, VA, committed to empowering survivors of domestic violence. Our mission is to help women and children reclaim their self-worth and identity through our free, comprehensive 3 Step program, which serves the Northern VA, DC, and MD regions. Participants engage in counseling, parenting and nutrition education, daily life skills training, financial education, computer classes, and gain access to a supportive network. Our workshops cover essential topics including the roots of domestic violence, the effects of abuse, and the journey toward discovering God's plan for their lives. Additionally, the After Care Program offers ongoing spiritual, emotional, and practical support, providing life-skills workshops and referral connections for housing, childcare, and employment assistance. Childcare services are available, ensuring that support reaches those who need it most. Each quarter, we welcome up to 50 women and 15 children, fostering a nurturing environment for healing and growth.
