Based in Covington, VA, the Meal Support Program offers vital, compassionate meal support to individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program focuses on creating a nurturing environment through live, facilitated, virtual drop-in group meals where participants can share nourishing meals and receive essential support. With sessions scheduled four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner slots, individuals are encouraged to join as many sessions as their schedule allows. All our meal support times are led by skilled nutrition practitioners who are engaged in Clinician’s Incubator training, working toward their CNS certification.
