Cancer Transitions is a compassionate program based in Fairfax Station, VA, designed to support survivors of any cancer diagnosis who have recently completed treatment. While primarily aimed at individuals within 24 months post-treatment, our services are beneficial for survivors at any stage of their journey. Our evidence-based approach focuses on providing essential resources, including nutritional guidance, personalized exercise plans, emotional health education, and medical management support.
