The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program in Forest, VA, is dedicated to promoting healthy eating and nutrition for low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years of age. Our mission is to empower families by providing supplemental nutritious foods, essential nutrition education, and valuable breastfeeding support. In addition, WIC offers referrals to further health and social services to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.
