Located in Front Royal, VA, Housing Services is dedicated to addressing homelessness and the urgent need for affordable housing in our community. Our comprehensive housing programs include Rapid Rehousing, Homeless Prevention, and Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA), as well as specialized support for individuals with HIV/AIDS through our Housing Opportunities for Persons with HIV/AIDS (HOPWA) initiative. We provide essential services such as security deposit and rental assistance, utility deposits, and utility assistance, along with personalized Housing Case Management that encompasses service planning, goal setting, health assessments, and financial literacy counseling. Collaborating with local healthcare systems, we facilitate discharge planning for individuals exiting hospitals and connect clients to vital support services like food pantries and job training programs. To access our resources, we welcome the community to our Centralized Intake Walk-In Clinic, available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to secure stable housing and a brighter future.
