The Meal Support Program in Front Royal, VA, offers free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and over who are at the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program hosts live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals designed to create a supportive environment where participants can enjoy meals together while receiving essential nutritional guidance. With meal support sessions occurring four times daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants can join as often as their schedule allows. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their way to achieving CNS certification. While we foster a nurturing space for nutrition and community, please note that this program is not intended for crisis support.
