Groceries-to-Go (GTG) is a compassionate food assistance program based in Gainesville, VA, dedicated to delivering nutritionally tailored meals to individuals facing life-challenging illnesses. We ensure that all meals are provided free of charge, with no income or insurance barriers. Our clients receive groceries every other week, featuring eight specialized meal plans including vegetarian, renal, no dairy, no fish, diabetic, heart-healthy, and shelf-stable options. To best accommodate the unique dietary needs of each recipient, Food & Friends can customize meal deliveries by combining up to three different meal plans.
