The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program in Gainesville, VA, is dedicated to enhancing the health of women, infants, and children through comprehensive food assistance and vital nutrition education. Funded by the United States Department of Agriculture, WIC offers eligible participants access to nutritious foods including cheese, eggs, peanut butter, beans, milk, juice, cereal, fruits, vegetables, canned fish, and infant formula. Our program not only provides supplemental food but also focuses on empowering families with knowledge through individual and group counseling sessions.
