MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Galax, VA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management. Our mission focuses on screening all Veterans who receive care at VA facilities for obesity and connecting them with personalized weight management services that cater to their unique needs. We offer a variety of treatment options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging along with clinician support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, and we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing persistent weight-related challenges.
