The Meal Support Program in Galax, VA, is dedicated to providing essential meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Through our virtual drop-in group meals, we create a welcoming and safe environment where participants can enjoy nutritional meals with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program. Our sessions take place four times daily, offering flexibility with two lunch and two dinner options, allowing attendees to integrate support into their schedules seamlessly. This program is focused on fostering recovery through shared meals and community while ensuring that each participant receives compassionate, informed care tailored to their needs.
