The Meal Support Program in Gloucester, VA, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support tailored specifically for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals offer a welcoming and safe environment where participants can receive the nutrition they need while engaging with supportive peers and trained nutrition practitioners. With sessions available four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner options, attendees have the flexibility to join as their schedules allow. Each meal support session is facilitated by practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on the path to attaining their CNS certification, ensuring that participants receive the knowledge and support they deserve during their recovery journey. We are here to empower individuals on their path to healing, though it’s important to note that we do not provide urgent care or crisis support.
