Located in Gloucester, VA, the PRS Recovery Academy Day Program is dedicated to fostering personal growth and healing for individuals in recovery through a comprehensive psycho-educational curriculum. Our program offers a supportive environment where clients can pursue their recovery goals while engaging as students in a normalizing setting. We provide essential health and psychological education, covering topics such as Anger Management, Anxiety Management, Coping Skills, Nutrition, and Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), among others. Clients typically attend for 3-5 hours a day, 3-5 days a week, allowing them to develop vital skills that promote successful integration into community life through work, volunteering, or education. The HOPE Fund ensures that our services are accessible to everyone, including those who may not qualify for Medicaid, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity and support for all paths to recovery.
